Terence is an osteopath working out of a multidisciplinary clinic in Singapore. He completed a 5-year double degree programme from RMIT University Melbourne in 2022.
Terence uses an evidence-informed structural approach for each patient, combining manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise to modulate pain and improve function. He has managed conditions such as jaw, neck, shoulder, hip and low back pain, headaches, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, arthritic pain, and injuries occurring from sports or overuse.
Before undertaking his osteopathy studies, Terence competed in amateur and professional Muay Thai for 10 years, and has coached and prepared athletes for local and international Muay Thai bouts. His experience coaching athletes of various levels has laid a foundation in the management of sports injuries as well as everyday aches and pains.
Terence is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Osteopathy Australia, and has attended courses on dry needling, taping, shockwave therapy and shoulder rehabilitation. He has a special interest in managing TMJ Dysfunction, and works closely with various dentists in Singapore to help patients with their pain.
Outside of clinic hours, Terence is a kettlebell sport enthusiast and has obtained Rank 1 in Long Cycle. He is also an accredited S&C coach under the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), and offers 1-1 personalised coaching.
