Ewa is a Polish physiotherapist who graduated with a master’s degree in Physiotherapy in Poland. Ewa has worked in a private orthopedics clinic in the capital city of Poland where she participated in orthopedics operations and worked closely with many specialists. She also worked as a physiotherapist in a sports centre and with professional badminton players in Poland. After seeking treatment for numerous injuries sustained during athletic training, Ewa decided to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She believes prevention is better than cure and this is why she works with patients to make sure they stay active for longer.
Ewa’s main goal during treatment is to help patients return to daily activity and favourite sports as soon as possible. She believes that we have incredible healing abilities and that all we need to do is listen to our bodies. Ewa’s areas of specialisation include sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. She also honed her skills in temporomandibular disorders, headaches, cervical and low back pain.
She achieves excellent therapeutic outcomes through a combination of manual therapy, education, dry needling, and active therapy. Ewa is gradually honing her skills as a conference speaker, as well as a teacher of physiotherapy students. When she is not at work, you can find her in the mornings at the swimming pool or the gym. On weekends, you can find her exploring the city or walking along paths in natural reservoirs. She enjoys horseback riding, triathlons, and water sports. So don’t be surprised if you run into her in this setting.
