She is a keen osteopath who thrives on finding the root cause of her patients’ pain and optimising the overall health of patients. She firmly believes that the key to preventing many health problems from developing and occurring lies in educating our patients. As no two patients are alike, the treatment approach that Pui Yee uses addresses the needs and goals of each patient as an individual.
Pui Yee enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and uses an array of techniques suited to each individual’s needs. Her osteopathic approach is largely hands on; using techniques such as soft-tissue and myofascial release, joint mobilisation and joint manipulation. She believes in integrating diet, exercises as well as manual treatment in developing a holistic approach to achieve the best results for her patients. She has since gone on to undertake a post-professional Diploma in Clinical Pilates.
Outside of work, Pui Yee spends time with her family and friends, and also with her beagle, Peanut. In her spare time, she loves to travel and to cook.
