Sinead is an experienced Irish Physiotherapist who has been working in Singapore for over 5 years. Initially Sinead worked in a Singaporean hospital completing rotations in Orthopedics, Neurological Rehab and Cardio respiratory. This has given her an invaluable insight and understanding of patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery, in particular knee and shoulder arthroscopy, total knee replacement and spinal surgery. During her time in the outpatients department she had exposure to treating a wide range of conditions varying from acute to chronic injuries.

Sinead also has extensive experience working in busy private practices in Singapore. Here she has learned how to effectively incorporate a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, taping and exercise therapy to rehabilitate her patients to their best potential. Sinead strives to provide an individualized patient centered holistic approach with a keen emphasis of treating the current condition, but also sourcing the cause and ensuring a prevention of its re-occurrence.

Sinead is passionate about furthering her learning and has completed many courses; including Dry Needling and the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) matwork course. She also has gained her First Aid in Rugby certificate, which has enabled her to work pitch-side at tournaments in Singapore and overseas. Outside of the clinic, Sinead loves keeping active and does so through a combination of functional training, running, yoga and pilates.
