Stacey holds her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise science. She also is a certified Health Coach and an American College of Sports Medicine ‘Exercise is Medicine’ credentialed provider.
Since arriving in Singapore in 2001, Stacey has been an avid supporter of holistic health and fitness for women, children and families. After having her own children and witnessing the difficulties busy men and women have with maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle for both themselves and their families, Stacey dedicated her practice to providing the support and guidance to help her clients reach their health goals.
Navigating the complicated and often conflicting information regarding fitness, nutrition and weight loss can be confusing and distressing. Stacey’s goal is to help those looking to make healthier changes interpret this information and develop a plan that will work for them.
Stacey’s clients have a wide range of goals including weight loss, better health, improving chronic health conditions ie. high blood pressure, high cholesterol, improving hormonal balance and improving digestion. She works not only on nutritional planning but also on other lifestyle modifications to support better health.
