- Visceral osteopathy
- Sports taping
- Chronic arthritic pain
Haseeb was born and raised in Manchester, England and graduated from Swansea University with a master’s degree in Osteopathy.
Haseeb has worked in both private practice and within the UK’s national health service, receiving referrals from GPs and surgeons. Thus, he has gained invaluable experience treating a wide variety of individuals with acute and chronic pain, and complex health conditions.
After discovering Osteopathy through his own snowboarding injury, Haseeb has taken a special interest into how he can help athletes of both elite level and amateur sport. In order to help athletes reach their performance goals he has further trained in sport and kinesiology taping. He has since worked with amateur rugby clubs, world record ultramarathon runners, and gained invaluable insight and knowledge into elite sport when shadowing physiotherapists at the premier leagues Manchester City Football Club.
Haseeb has found that a combination of hands-on treatment, combined with carefully picked exercises are best for long lasting pain relief. He also, if necessary, will recommend supplementation to his patients.
He believes that in order to optimise health, each patient must be seen and treated as an individual, considering their whole body in order to identify and address all factors that may be contributing to bodily dysfunction.
Ultimately, he believes prevention is better than cure. Therefore, he will always work with his patients to ensure they stay functional for longer.
Outside of the clinic he can be found doing resistance training, playing football, and since covid he has taken a liking to golf! With the energy he has left, he combines two of his favourite things, exploring new places and eating new foods. You may see him at a hawker centre near you…
