Grace is a licensed osteopath in Australia. Her interest in osteopathy stemmed from lower back pain she experienced as a teenager as a result of a sports injury. During her recovery, she discovered how effective osteopathic treatments were and decided to pursue osteopathy as a career.

Her interest in exercise rehabilitation led her to pursue a clinical Pilates certification, which has given her additional expertise in treating patients with biomechanical and postural issues, particularly those with lumbar and pelvic instability.

Grace believes in educating patients to understand the cause of their condition and using lifestyle advice, preventive treatment measures, and rehabilitation exercises to relieve their pain in the long run.

Grace sees patients of all ages and for a wide range of conditions, including neck pain, headaches and migraines, lower back pain, sciatica, hip, and pelvic pain, and postural pain caused by desk jobs. To treat and manage pain, she employs a variety of techniques ranging from soft tissue and spinal manipulation and mobilization to very gentle and relaxing techniques.
