Grace is a highly skilled and passionate osteopath who completed a Masters Degree in Osteopathy at RMIT University Australia.
She has 11 years of experience as an osteopath, treating a wide variety of patients from children to elderly, including elite athletes, autistic, down syndrome children and patients who suffer from chronic pain syndrome. Prior to that, she worked as a Staff Nurse at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

With a background heavily influenced by a variety of sports, 8 years in swimming and working with elite athletes, Grace has a thorough understanding of the mechanism and treatment of common sporting and leisure related injuries. She also has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal disorders including headaches, TMJ dysfunctions, recurrent injuries and pregnancy-related concerns. Grace is also qualified in dry needling , clinical pilates and Chinese cupping.

She takes a professional approach to health and aims to address the cause rather than just relieving the symptoms of your pain. She believes in educating her patients about their health, enabling every patient to play a role in their ongoing health management.

Grace has developed her skills whilst establishing herself as a reputable Osteopath in Melbourne and Singapore multi-disciplinary clinics working alongside with functional medicine doctors, dentists, podiatrists and physiotherapists. She has assisted numerous patients in alleviating their symptoms of headaches, migraines, jaw pain, back and neck pain, gut-related issues like SIBO, frozen shoulder and women’s health issues (including pre/post natal problems and menstrual pain).

Grace has honed her osteopathic skills further with completed training in post-graduate courses including cranial, visceral (organs) techniques and rehabilitation of injuries.

In her spare time, Grace can be found taking care of her cavapoo – Goldie, hiking, doing pilates and finding great cafes and coffee.

I finally found my answer for my longterm agony of back pain. I have this condition since 2019 and been going through this excruciating pain up to now. Until I met Grace and all my procastination is gone. She has amazing patient care and handles my body just put all my worries away and felt reassured. I never had this kind of relief right after treatment compared to what I had before. My inital pain was 7 out of 10. Right after her treatment is 2 out of 10. I would definitely continue my treatment recommend my family and friends. All hands up (even feet) and very thankful to Grace that she is able to help me. Kudos to the whole team that made me feel safe and secure all throughout the treatment.
