Haseeb was born and raised in Manchester, England, and earned a master’s degree in osteopathy from Swansea University. Haseeb has worked in private practice as well as the UK’s national health service, where he was referred by GPs and surgeons. As a result, he has gained invaluable experience helping a wide range of individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain, as well as complex health conditions.
After discovering Osteopathy as a result of his own snowboarding injury, Haseeb has developed a keen interest in how he can assist athletes at both the elite and amateur levels. He has additional training in sport and kinesiology taping to assist athletes in reaching their performance goals. He has since worked with amateur rugby clubs, and world record ultramarathon runners, and gained invaluable insight and knowledge into the elite sport by shadowing physiotherapists at Manchester City Football Club in the Premier League.
Haseeb has found that a combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercises provide the best long-term pain relief. If necessary, he will also recommend some supplements to aid in recovery. He believes that in order to optimise health, each patient’s osteopathic care must be individually tailored, taking into account their entire body to identify and address all factors that may be contributing to bodily dysfunction. Prioritising prevention over cure, he actively collaborates with his patients to ensure they maintain functionality for as long as possible.
Haseeb has successfully completed additional training in paediatric and cranial osteopathy and is committed to applying his expertise to enhance the overall well-being of babies and children. He can address issues such as digestive problems, torticollis, or any discomfort they may be experiencing, while promoting the healthy development and growth of your baby. In addition to employing gentle manipulations and adjustments, he often incorporates cranial osteopathy as a milder form of treatment to soothe babies.
He also devotes time to educating parents on developmental milestones, proper infant care, and home exercises, empowering them in their child’s growth journey. His dedication to education fosters a collaborative and informed approach, enabling parents to actively contribute to their child’s well-being. Taking a holistic perspective, Haseeb creates comprehensive and personalised treatment plans, considering the physical, emotional, and developmental aspects of each child’s unique needs.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys resistance training, football, and golf, which he has recently discovered! Not forgetting two of his favourite activities: exploring new places and trying new foods. You might run into him at a hawker centre near you!
