Andrew is a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist who enjoys helping people move well, stay active, and recover from pain or injury confidently.
In each session, Andrew uses hands-on treatment and dry needling with exercises that make sense for real life to relieve pain and restore movement. His goal is for patients to leave each session with a spring in their step, so they make steady, meaningful progress toward their goals.
Over his years of private practice in Scotland, Andrew has helped people overcome longstanding neck and back pain, tendon & overuse injuries, and major surgeries such as ACL reconstructions. His patients range from busy professionals and older adults recovering from persistent pain struggling with everyday life, to competitive athletes – in sports such as mixed martial arts, football, rugby, gymnastics and functional fitness – supporting their journey back to full strength and their desired life and sport.
Andrew’s philosophy centres on supporting what he calls the “working athlete” — anyone juggling work, family, life admin with the desire to stay active. He believes that rehabilitation should always be practical and tailored to the person’s goals and lifestyle to get the best outcome.
Outside work, Andrew enjoys good food and coffee (especially when he’s made it himself). He keeps active through running, climbing, and regular gym training, reminding himself what his clients go through in their rehab journeys and how to support them best.
