Aradhitah graduated with a Master of Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. Alongside building a strong foundation in anatomy and pathology, she gained valuable clinical experience treating patients across a wide range of ages and presentations.
She takes an individualised approach to osteopathic care, with a particular interest in restoring function through a combination of structural and visceral techniques. Her background in Classical Homeopathy from the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy shapes her belief in considering a patient’s lifestyle and treating the body as a whole to provide optimum care.
Her clinical experience also included working with pre- and post-partum patients, sparking an interest in women’s and children’s health that she hopes to continue developing. Aradhitah also particularly enjoys treating patients with low back, neck, and shoulder pain.
Through her own experience with hypermobility, Aradhitah discovered the benefits of Clinical Pilates and came to appreciate the role exercise plays in building strength, stability, and confidence in movement. Her additional training in Sports Massage Therapy and Dry Needling further allows her to draw on a range of hands-on techniques, tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Beyond her clinical training, Aradhitah has a strong interest in giving back to the wider community through healthcare volunteering. In London, she provided hands-on osteopathic care to individuals experiencing homelessness with C4WS. In Singapore, she has volunteered with the National Kidney Foundation, supporting and encouraging patients through their care journeys.
In her free time, Aradhitah enjoys Pilates workouts, travelling, and exploring new places, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
