Christine is an experienced physiotherapist with over a decade of practice across California, England, and Singapore. Holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Chapman University, she is also a Certified Practitioner of Pilates for Rehabilitation by Polestar Pilates. Her diverse background and international training have equipped her with a broad skill set to address a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Adopting a holistic and patient-centred approach, Christine incorporates Pilates principles, manual therapy, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques into her treatments. This allows her to promote pain-free, effective movement from day one. Her expertise spans spinal pathologies, sports injuries, and rehabilitation, with a particular emphasis on improving mobility, strength, and performance.
Christine’s training in manual therapy and PNF enables her to tailor treatments for individuals dealing with chronic pain, joint stiffness, and muscular imbalances. Her commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development ensures she provides the highest level of care to her clients.
Driven by her passion for movement, Christine is dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical function and overall well-being. Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by a personal quest to optimise her sports performance — a motivation that continues to shape her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys engaging in activities such as golf, and sea kayaking. She’s also a fan of American football and basketball.
