Emma was born in the UK and completed her four-year Master’s degree in Osteopathy at Swansea University. She started her career in two busy London clinics, gaining experience treating patients with a range of musculoskeletal injuries. Working in these city locations meant Emma quickly specialised in hands-on treatment for stress-related pain, sports injuries and pre- and post-natal pain.
Working alongside ultra-marathon runners, CrossFit athletes and rugby teams has provided Emma with extensive experience of sporting injuries and an ability to address conditions affecting both athletes and many individuals in their daily life. She understands the frustration injury can bring and enjoys helping patients of all backgrounds improve their health, movement and quality of life through osteopathy.
Emma has a holistic approach to pain and injury management, incorporating knowledge of exercise rehabilitation, nutrition and stress management techniques into hands-on treatment plans. Further qualifications in medical acupuncture, sports massage, yoga teaching and Advanced Kinesiotaping mean Emma tailors treatment to each individual.
