Hillary Physiotherapist

Hillary was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario where she grew up playing various sports and activities including swimming, tennis, skating, and skiing. Hillary’s love for functional movement and exercise motivated her to earn an undergraduate degree in kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, and subsequently, she completed her master’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. Throughout her career in physiotherapy, Hillary honed her skills in diverse population settings, working with children and adults with developmental, neurological, and orthopaedic conditions.

Hillary is passionate about helping children of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. Whether supporting infants in taking their first steps or guiding young athletes through post-injury rehabilitation, Hillary aims to deliver outstanding client outcomes while making physiotherapy an enjoyable and engaging experience.

Her tenure at Kids Physio Group in Toronto expanded her expertise in working with children, particularly those with neurological and medical conditions such as premature babies, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and global developmental delay.

Hillary values building meaningful connections with children and their families, emphasising the importance of education, communication, and engaging activities alongside manual therapy in helping them reach their goals. Recognizing the collaborative nature of the recovery journey, she emphasises teamwork with both children and their families, as well as the broader healthcare professional team.

In her spare time, Hillary loves to stay active, socialise, and try new things with friends and family. Most recently, she has dabbled in pickle ball and the art of wheel-throwing pottery. Being born and raised in Toronto, she is very excited to explore Singapore and travel throughout Asia. If you have any local hidden gems or recommendations for food, cosy cafes, or must-try activities – please let her know!
