Jeremy developed his appreciation for movement through years of involvement in soccer and track and field from a young age. These experiences shaped his belief that movement should always be intentional and purposeful — whether helping athletes perform at their best or supporting seniors in maintaining strength, mobility, and long-term wellness.
Prior to joining the clinic, Jeremy worked with the Singapore Armed Forces, where he supported military personnel managing both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. In a physically demanding environment where operational readiness is critical, he gained extensive experience in assessing injuries, guiding rehabilitation, and helping individuals return safely to full function.
Jeremy adopts a holistic approach to injury and pain management. He combines manual therapy with structured rehabilitation and targeted exercise training to help patients restore strength, stability, and movement confidence. His additional training as a Rehab Exercise and Therapy Specialist (Level 1) allows him to design personalised rehabilitation programmes that support recovery while preventing future injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Jeremy continues to stay active as a recreational athlete. He enjoys training at the gym or on the track as he prepares for upcoming races, and he unwinds by experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen — often perfecting a good matcha creation.
