Kellyn Lee Senior Physiotherapist

Kellyn earned her master’s degree in clinical physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Curtin University Perth. Over the past decade, she has dedicated her professional career to serving patients within the Singapore public healthcare sector, contributing her expertise to institutions such as Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Alexandra Hospital. Prior to joining CityOsteoPhysio, Kellyn was the Clinical Lead for the Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy department at NTFGH.

Throughout her career, Kellyn has extensive experience in ergonomics assessments and prevention of workplace injury including those arising from prolonged static postures.. Her close collaboration with orthopaedic and other clinical partners has also made her a leading practitioner in non-sports related injuries such as rotator cuff related shoulder pain (RCRSP), frozen shoulder, whiplash-related pain and neck and back pain.

In this aspect, Kellyn also finds it rewarding to work with the seniors on age-related conditions (e.g. osteoarthritis of hip and knee), helping them improve their quality of life and maintain or regain their physical independence, allowing everyone to age gracefully. Fun fact – Kellyn was identified as a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor and was a popular figure for patients with osteoarthritis!

Kellyn is a firm advocate for an active and holistic approach to rehabilitation. Her focus in musculoskeletal physiotherapy involves employing comprehensive assessments, targeted exercises, appropriate manual therapy, and patient education to restore optimal function post-injury or surgery.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kellyn finds solace in activities like long walks, occasional swims or gym workouts, and indulging in Korean shows as a means of relaxation.
