Eng Soo graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy andBsc in Exercise; Sports Science. He began working as a Physiotherapist in 2013 in Sydney after 4 years working as an Exercise Physiologist in private practice.
An avid traveler, Eng Soo has worked around Australia, with 2 years spent traveling as a rural locum working in a wide range of settings from pediatrics to geriatrics both in hospitals as well as private practice. No stranger to sports, Eng Soo has competed at state-level competitions in the open water swimming and enjoys competitive freediving and the training around it. He has experience working with state and national-level junior swimmers and club rugby. He moved from Australia to Singapore to work as a physiotherapist in 2017.
He has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning, and believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation combining manual therapy with exercises to facilitate optimal function and recovery after injury or surgery.
He is also a firm believer in exercise as medicine and an active rehabilitation approach.
Eng Soo is trained in pilates as well as trigger point dry needling.
Outside of work Eng Soo is a keen fisherman and can often be found trekking the reserves looking for fishing spots. He also enjoys traveling the world to find mountains to snowboard.
