All Natural Approach

Medication is the most common treatment for pelvic pain, but it is not always effective. Surgery is another option, but it is more invasive and carries more risks. Pelvic floor muscle exercises are a non-invasive and low-risk method of alleviating pelvic pain.

FAQ

The number of sessions required is determined by the severity of your condition and will vary from person to person. Following your consultation, our practitioners will be able to provide you with more specific information about the treatment.

Dress comfortably for the session such as sports clothing. Depending on the location of your symptoms, you may be asked to remove some of your clothing in order to better assess your body and its movements. If necessary, we will provide a clean hospital gown.

Do bring along any medical notes, blood tests, X-rays, MRI results, or a list of medications you are taking (if any).
