Yudhika graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy from Endeavour College of Natural Health and has been practising since 2010. She began her career in Melbourne, working across various private clinics where she treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
During her time at Fertile Ground Health Group—one of Melbourne’s leading natural medicine fertility clinics—Yudhika developed a strong interest in supporting women through their prenatal and postnatal journeys. Her empathetic yet evidence-based approach empowers patients to better understand their pain and manage it effectively.
Yudhika is trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a technique that uses precise, repetitive strokes along the lymphatic pathways, following the body’s natural drainage patterns. Treatment typically begins near the collarbone and neck, progressing to the limbs and trunk—always moving toward the nearest lymph nodes. This technique helps reduce swelling, enhance lymphatic flow, and support immune function. She has used this skill to support mothers experiencing mastitis, helping relieve symptoms and improve comfort.
In addition to her work with pregnancy and postnatal care, Yudhika treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including neck and shoulder pain, tennis and golfer’s elbow, repetitive strain injuries, referred pain, muscle spasms, and cramps. Her clinical experience spans both well-established practices like Martin Street Wellbeing Centre and her own mobile myotherapy service.
Now based in Singapore, Yudhika balances her professional work with raising two active young boys. A self-professed food enthusiast, she enjoys unwinding with her family and finding creative ways to beat the Singapore heat.
