Our Rates & Insurance

Each session with our practitioner typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, encompassing consultation, therapy, and administrative procedures.

You’ll need to check with your insurance company if you require to visit your local medical practitioner to get a referral letter.

If your plan only covers a percentage of your claims, we will still proceed with direct billing and the remaining balance will be settled at the end of each visit.

At City Osteopathy and Physiotherapy we work with all major health insurance companies. Most health insurance companies cover both physiotherapy and osteopathy, as they are seen as crucial to ensuring that patients make a full recovery from any surgeries or physical injuries that they may suffer. If you are unsure, please contact your insurance company to check. Some companies may require you to visit your local medical practitioner to get a referral. 

If you have not visited us within 12 months, you will be charged as a First Visit as a full consultation will need to be conducted by our practitioners to understand your medical history.

Your credit card details is required for booking. However no money is charged to your card unless in situations such as rejected insurance claim, or late notice/cancellation fee. Do understand that holding your credit card details is done for your convenience and to ensure that billing can be completed.

If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change your appointment with at least a 24 hours notice. Failure to provide us with 24 hours advance notice or failure to be present at a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or no show fee. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Please understand that this allows us to schedule in a patient who may be in urgent need of our care. Failed appointments can sometimes interfere with providing the required care for all our patients.
