Conditions We Support

We provide specialised physiotherapy services for a wide range of neurological conditions, understanding that each person’s journey to recovery is unique. That’s why we prioritise personalised care tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re managing a recent diagnosis or dealing with the long-term effects of a neurological condition, our dedicated team is here to support you.

The effects of a stroke can feel overwhelming, and recovery can be slow. Many worry about whether they will ever regain their previous level of function. While recovery can take time, our physiotherapists are dedicated to helping you regain strength, movement, and independence at a pace that’s right for you.

The lingering symptoms of a concussion, such as headaches, dizziness, and cognitive issues, can make everyday life difficult. It’s common to wonder when you’ll feel “normal” again. Our therapies are designed to support you through a safe and effective recovery process, giving you the confidence that you’re on the right track.

Managing Parkinson’s disease can often feel like a constant battle with movement, balance, and coordination. You may worry about losing independence or needing constant assistance. While Parkinson’s disease presents unique challenges, physiotherapy can help slow symptom progression and improve mobility, making daily activities more manageable.

Whether recovering from surgery or managing ongoing symptoms, the road to recovery can feel uncertain. It’s natural to be concerned about the effects on your strength and coordination. Our goal is to support your rehabilitation by improving your functional mobility and enhancing your quality of life, helping you regain control over your body.

Modalities We Use to Support You

You may be wondering how physiotherapy can truly make a difference. The therapies we offer are grounded in evidence and tailored to help you regain strength, mobility, and independence in a way that feels achievable. We use a combination of:

How Can Neurological Physiotherapy Help?

We know that facing a neurological condition can be overwhelming. It can leave you feeling uncertain about what’s possible for your recovery. Here’s how we can help:

It’s normal to worry about whether you’ll ever regain basic movements like walking, standing, or using your limbs. Our goal is to help you regain functional movement with targeted exercises, supporting you at your own pace.

Feeling weak or unstable can be frightening. Through targeted exercises, we help you build strength and balance, which not only helps reduce your risk of falls but also restores confidence in your daily activities.

It’s common to experience stiffness or discomfort in your muscles, which can make movement even more challenging. We use gentle stretching and movement techniques to reduce muscle tightness and alleviate discomfort, helping you feel more at ease in your body.

Struggling with coordination can make even simple tasks feel impossible. Neurological physiotherapy helps improve hand-eye coordination and control, so you can regain independence and perform everyday tasks with ease.

We know how frustrating it can be to feel dependent on others for basic activities. By improving your movement, strength, and balance, our therapy helps you reclaim your independence, making daily tasks like dressing, cooking, or playing with your children much easier.

Neurological physiotherapy helps improve movement, strength, and independence through targeted rehabilitation.

Each therapy is designed to promote better health outcomes by addressing your specific needs in a way that fits your lifestyle and current condition. Whether you are recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, our approach is holistic and client-centred, always focused on making progress achievable for you.
