Lucy Moore is a British trained Osteopath, registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) in the UK. She moved to Singapore in 2018.
Since completing her training at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO, now known as the University College of Osteopathy [UCO]), Lucy has practiced as an Osteopath in the UK in both osteopathic and multidisciplinary clinics treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and working collectively with fellow medical professionals to facilitate a holistic approach to treating and managing her patients.
Although she holds a particular passion for using cranio-sacral techniques and has completed extensive courses with the Sutherland Cranial College, Lucy enjoys practicing a diverse range of osteopathic methods including structural, visceral, fascial and cranial, to treat patients including those with joint aches and pains; headaches, pre and post-natal mums; and babies, according to their individual needs.
Lucy has additionally done post-graduate courses in Kinesio Taping, Ultra Sound Therapy and Western/Dry Needling, complimenting her treatments and facilitating rehabilitation of sports injuries. She is a firm believer in using exercise as a form of both rehabilitation and in leading a healthy and happy life.
Excellent practitioner, very knowledgeable, quickly identifies issues and uses various technics to alleviate pains and offers detailed preventative solutions. Highly recommended!
Lucy is passionate about her field of expertise and happy to share her knowledge with others. She is very friendly and approachable. I have been a client for the last two years and always received a great service and immediate relief of symptoms when needed. Highly recommended
I first saw Lucy when I was suffering from brain fog, asthma, gastric and a host of other health issues. She has an instinctive touch and I always feel better after a session with her. She has also helped me greatly with my postural issues and TMJ, occasionally suggesting stretches and exercises I can do on my own. Her instinctive touch has also helped my nephew. He was hospitalised several times for asthma and after a few visits to Lucy, he is now a healthy and active toddler and his asthma issues have been resolved. Lucy has a real gentle, warm and healing touch, and always puts her patients at ease. I will definitely recommend Lucy to both adults and babies!
Lucy is such a warm, caring practitioner who immediately puts you at ease. She treats you with such care and respect and always listens about every little ache and pain you might be feeling, never making you feel like something isn’t important. She has improved so many different issues, from my shoulder to my jaw and my finger to my feet! I would highly recommend her (and already have to many friends). If I could come every day, I probably would.
Coming from a severe back injury and hospitalization in 2018, when I was informed by a doctor that I would have to go through surgery, as last resource I went to City Osteo. Lucy was able to calm me down and within 3 sessions in the same week, I was up and walking – the doctor did not even recognize me and could not believe I was ok. Since then with an ongoing treatment, I’ve never had severe incidents and whenever the lesion might act up, Lucy provides the proper support and treatment. She provides confidence and sense of security during the treatment (extremely important for severe lesions); she is also extremely capable and talented, with extensive experience and training. Nothing short of amazing.
I have been going to see Lucy for abit over a year now on and off. I can only say good things about her and her very gentle approach. I had zero hesitation bringing my son Noah just 4 weeks old to see Lucy and she always patiently worked her magic on him. We saw definite results, and i would recommend her in a heart beat.
Lucy is one of those practitioners that immediately pop up in your mind no matter what problem you may have. Pain in your back, stiff neck, headaches, muscles are hurting, baby is cranky…Let’s check in with Lucy! She is very so very professional, trusting and loving, that every appointment feels like a selfcare treatment with amazing results. She is explaining everything she does and checks pre and post treatment your posture. My whole family loves her and we are all regulars. Highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for a great osteopath.
Lucy, is truly an awesome Osteopath, her work as a Cranial healer is also amazing! I’ve been diagnose with Osteoporosis.
I have been seeing Lucy for some time, for my exercise induced, acute and chronic lower back and knee pain. Her warm personality, skilful hands, dedication and concern , always bring relief to my condition.
Excellent. All the experiences I have had with Lucy as my Osteopath have been professional and great treatment.
Lucy has been a fantastic and valuable osteopath and CST practitioner whom I’ve been seeing for the past 3 years or so. Quite apart from the immediate, physiological relief I get from seeing Lucy when I have inflammation / pain / muscle spasms, she is an incredibly intuitive cranial therapist and is able to “sense”, feel and help “move” or adjust energies that are off-centre, or when my body doesn’t feel grounded, or “together”. She clearly has a gift and for patients who feel connected and sensitised to that, treatments can be a pretty profound experience, as I’ve noticed for myself.
Lucy has a unique ability to really understand her patients and very quickly get to the root of the problem. Each session is tailored ensuring personalised care that is 100% right for my needs at that time. I see Lucy for non-specific aches and pains the result of a young (and heavy!) children, hours hunched over a desk and general stress and I always leave her with a sense of calm and much needed mobility. She always puts me at ease with her calm confidence, quickly identifying the root of the problem and approaching the session with utmost professionalism but a much needed personal touch.
Lucy’s treatments are amazing! Every session provides immediate relief from any discomfort and one can literally feel and see the effects of her Cranial treatment on the spot, allowing me to leave her office a lighter person each time! 🙂
Lucy is one of the best Ostheopath practitioner I have met in many years. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She spends time understanding the issues to then apply the right treatment- be it hands on, acupuncture and Cranial, they are really effective. It is always a pleasure to meet her and because we trust her, my whole family also gets treatments from her as well.
Lucy has been a revelation. Her holistic approach has been exactly what I needed, and she’s brought to light many interconnected issues that I was previously unaware of. I’m constantly impressed by her knowledge, and appreciative of how freely she shares it. I’ve seen significant improvement in my symptoms since we started working together. I can’t recommend Lucy highly enough.
Excellent. Lucy makes sure to listen to everything first, and asks lots of questions to understand what the issue might be. She never just launches into the same treatment, no matter how frequently you see her. She has been an empathetic, patient and professional practitioner pre and post-natally for myself, as well as treating my husband on numerous occasions and also my newborn son with the utmost of care (not to mention singing, dancing, rocking and entertaining with multiple toys!) I would be happy to recommend Lucy to anyone with the utmost confidence she would be able to help them.
Amazing, Lucy has an holistic approach for her treatment and managed to help me solving my neck and lower back pains
What can we say? Lucy is an amazing Osteopath and my wife and I have only the highest praise for her, not only for her friendly and professional approach, but for the passion she always shows and the way she has established a great trusting relationship with us. I first came to Lucy in 2018 after suffering for many years with a range of issues linked to my lower back, knees and poor mobility generally. I had been regularly seeing osteopaths in France and Singapore for more than 15 years, but when I met Lucy, she knew intuitively exactly what the issues were. Her approach and treatment have been really outstanding and I look forward to our sessions every couple of months because I have total confidence that she will get straight to any issues that are either lingering or emerging. Not only do I no longer have any back or knee issues, but Lucy has helped me to refine my exercise and stretching regime, improve my posture and keep me pain free!
With each treatment I receive from Lucy, I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Lucy is caring, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She is willing to answer my questions in regards to the treatment she is providing, and offers explanations of the treatment that are simplified and easy to understand. Following each treatment, she encourages me to continue working on my problem areas by providing suggested movements, stretches, and exercises to use at home. I highly recommend Lucy!
Lucy has been wonderful at supporting my health needs. She takes a wholistic approach and her treatment is effective and accurate. Lucy takes time to diagnose the right course of action and also to get to the root cause of the issue. She is an outstanding osteopath and I often recommend her to friends.
It’s been said that your therapy outcomes are only as effective as your therapist’s skill, experience and how much trust you have when you put yourself in their hands. My wife and I both see Lucy Moore for Osteopathic treatment and we would highly recommend her. From the get-go, she didn’t just listen when we talked to her about our case background. She paid attention to everything and watched for crucial nuances in not just our physicality, but how we respond emotionally to our pain and dysfunction. So, when she treated us, she was more keenly connected to the root of the pain than most other therapists we’d seen through the years. Lucy is intuitive and compassionate, patient and open. It’s a breath of fresh air when a therapist doesn’t prescribe treatment, but lets herself be guided by what your body and your mind are communicating. So, it’s no surprise that she is our go-to osteopath and someone we’d highly recommend. Not just because she’s skilled at what she does. But she’s someone we’d trust our healing with.
