Rachal is a Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 12 years of experiencing working with children and adolescents 0-16 years. She is passionate about working with families to help each child reach their full potential.

Rachal graduated from The University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Physiotherapy. In 2019 Rachal was formally titled as a Paediatric Physiotherapist by The Australian Physiotherapy Association. Volunteer work in India treating children with clubfoot inspired Rachal to complete her Masters degree through research. She is currently completing her project with Macquarie University in Sydney and The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network. Rachal has been invited to speak at Universities and International Conferences, most recently at The Spina bifida World Congress in San Diego, U.S.A.

Rachal is not only a great physiotherapist but an excellent communicator with children. She explains the problem simply and impresses upon them the importance of following the exercise regime if they want to see progress. The tasks that she sets are realistic and achievable which builds the child’s confidence. I like that she examines the entire posture everytime we visit as opposed to just the source of the pain. She is able to build excellent rapport with her young clients which goes a long way to a speedy recovery. She is very dedicated and her concern for her patients’ wellbeing is touching. My son has made excellent progress under her care and is more aware of his posture and factors affecting it. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an excellent practitioner.
