Dr Shirley Mirpuri graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Canada and is a licensed Naturopathicdoctor regulated under College of Naturopaths of Ontario, Canada. She is very compassionate and has a passion for helping patients address the root causes of their concerns and strongly believes in a collective approach to health and healing. She believes that true healing comes from addressing the relationship between the mind, body and environment and it is the balance of these factors that is the main goal to a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Shirley uses multiple modalities such as clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, and functional testing to manage both acute and chronic conditions.

Dr Shirley Mirpuri is also a certified Bowen therapist, which is the application of gentle pressure on muscles, tendons and fascia. The manoeuvres used works to send a message to the main centres of the body to relax and re-balance the autonomic nervous system thus helping in conditions such as chronic pain and inflammation, digestive concerns, respiratory issues and misalignments.
